This painting invites you to sit and take in the cedars along a running trail I used to frequent. I was particularly struck the by the insertion the wrapping that separated the trail from the water. Inclusion of manmade objects make you see the environment differently - in this case, the billowing wrapping seamed a sinewy line, drawing you around the reservoir, along the path.
